UX & UI design for LeanTaaS B2B end-to-end product. Interface and Visual design for entite product suite.
Established design principles, UI system standards, component libraries, colors and guidelines.
Lead design leadership by establishing processes for the design cycle, research, and creation of the first Customer Advisory Board: a ten member board comprised of customer leadership. Met on a bi-monthly basis to discuss new product thinking, help gain deeper insights in market insights and conduct research while building trusting relationships with leadership partners.
Managed and mentored other design team members, while helping coach other jr. team members across the team.
I designed a robust design system by creating reusable components and clear guidelines, ensuring consistency and ease of use. Collaborating with product managers, engineers, and designers, I addressed key needs and pain points. Thorough documentation made the system accessible, streamlining the design process and speeding up front-end development by enabling quick integration of pre-designed components.
Maintaining the design system was ongoing as the team and product needs grew. I was solely responsible for its evolution and process around how and when we introduced new components into the system.
